GENERAL RULES FOR ALL MEMBERS AND GAMES

Individuals and/or Leagues must join through the “Sign Up” portal to become a valid Member and/or League participant.
Any active Member may join a league, or play as an individual against all other individual players for prizes, provided their “Member Account” is active throughout the entire game period.
All games begin with a predetermined set of “Sudden Death Tie Breaker Questions” (SDTBQ) which Players must answer in order to proceed to the specific game the Member wants to play.
SDTBQ’s are used in the event of a tie as determined by the “Official Rules” regarding SDTBQ’s.

If a question is left blank and a tie does occur that particular choice is deemed to have a “zero” value.

Once a Member has answered the SDTBQ’s and has made his choices for the game he/she wants to participate in, they will be able to follow their progress on their individual Member page.
Members may participate in any game offered during any season or for any sport, and are only limited to the “Regular Season” games they participate in based on their “Membership Level.”

The only exception to this is the “Preseason” of any particular sport which has preseason games. These are practice games intended to offer Members a taste of how the game is played and are not counted toward the Members total number of games they may actively participate in in accordance with their “Membership Level” and any additional “Membership Upgrades”.

League Activation is good for 12 calendar months from the date of “sign up” or until that league has actively finished all five (5) allowable league games.

Only the league Administrator may determine which games its league participates in, and must preselect that game generating a “Game Code” which is used to direct league participants to the correct game(s).
League participants must be Active Members and may only participate in as many active league games as their “Membership Level” will allow. (i.e. a Member with a Bronze level membership may only participate in two active league games at any given time, regardless of the number of games the league is currently participating in.)
League Administrators must designate at least one league game as the “Primary League Game” and FS40 will provide trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of that game. However League Administrators and participants are responsible for their own prizes for all other games the league participates in.

FS40 provides products and services in accordance to it current Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, Copyrights and all games comply with all US Federal Regulations pertaining to fantasy sports games and is for the entertainment purposes of our Members only.
Gambling is strictly prohibited.
