Developer Notes

The User name should be the same as the team Name. If the player is setting up a league then there must be an administrator designated and a private league formed before a player can join a specific league.

If the “League Administrator” button is checked then the submit button should go to the “Private League” set up page as well as email the Player his individual account verification.
